Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every reading, reading deck and monthly subscription purchased from AstraLogic by Katie Korgan LLC (“AstraLogic,” “I,” “me”) through katiekorgan.com, Squarespace or Acuity Scheduling. By placing an order or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1.Nature of readings

Readings, reading decks and monthly forecasts are offered for reflection, self-understanding and entertainment. They are not medical, mental health, legal or financial advice, and they do not replace care from a licensed professional. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

2.Your birth details

Each reading is prepared from the birth date, time and place you provide. Please check them before you order. If a detail is incorrect or missing, parts of the reading may not apply. A new deck prepared from corrected details is a new order.

3.Delivery

Reading decks are delivered by email within 7 days of your order.
Monthly Transit Decks are delivered within 7 days of your first order, then before each new month begins.
Live readings take place on Zoom at the time you book.

If anything delays delivery, I will let you know by email.

4.Follow-up questions

Each reading deck includes one follow-up question by WhatsApp. Questions must be sent within 30 days of delivery and are answered within 7 days.

5.Cancellations and refunds

Every reading is prepared by hand for you.

Reading decks: you may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, provided work on your chart has not begun. After that, decks are non-refundable.
Live readings: you may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session.

6.Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; cancelling stops the next payment, and the month already paid for is still delivered.

7.Readings for children

Kids and Mama + Baby readings must be ordered by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the child’s details and receives the reading.

8.Gift cards

Gift cards may be used toward reading decks in the store. The recipient provides the birth details when they place their order.

9.Use of your deck

Your deck is for your personal use. Please do not resell, republish or distribute it.

10.Privacy

Your birth details and anything you share are used only to prepare your reading. They are never sold or shared with third parties, apart from the services used to process your order and payment.

11.Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
