Coordination for Healing Retreats

Travel, logistics, and rest—handled—so you can give yourself fully to the work and actually integrate it.

A soft landing for the work you came to do.

The deep work happens in the moment—in the room, in your body, as your nervous system moves through what it came there to move through. And what comes after matters just as much. The rest. The tender days of integration. The stretch where your system needs quiet and care, not a travel puzzle to solve.

That’s the gap I fill.

I'm Katie. I've been Jenna’s coaching client for more than two years, in different capacities, so I know the Somatic Experiencing process from the inside—how much it asks of the body, how much it can rearrange, and how depleting it is to be managing flights and transfers and check-ins while you’re in the middle of all that.

This kind of work can feel like psychic surgery—it reaches into the nervous system and shifts something fundamental in how you move through your life. Something that deep deserves a soft landing, not an airport scramble.

So I hold the logistics, and you keep your attention where it belongs.

What I take off your plate

Travel planned and booked around the retreat—flights, ground transfers, and accommodations, timed so arrival and departure are calm rather than rushed

Rest built into your itinerary on purpose, not squeezed in as an afterthought

A buffered return, so you’re integrating deep work in sanctuary—not in a terminal

One point of contact for every logistical detail, so your energy stays where it belongs

Why the rest matters

Integration isn’t what happens inside the retreat container—it’s what settles in the quiet afterward. Rushing home half-cared-for is how the shifts quietly evaporate. A well-held, unhurried return isn’t a luxury laid on top of the work. It’s part of the work.

About Katie

I don’t coordinate this work from the outside. I’ve moved through my own long seasons of depression and grief, and the slow work of rebuilding afterward—so I understand, in my body and not just on my calendar, what it takes to travel toward healing, and how easily the logistics of getting there can undo the steadiness you’re working so hard to build.

My background is in executive assistant work, and in hosting and coordinating retreats and events—including a multi-day conference for a cancer non-profit, where I managed travel for doctors and research professionals arriving from across the globe. Holding complex, high-stakes logistics so that remarkable people can focus fully on what they came to do is, quite simply, what I’m built for.

Now I bring both halves together: the precision I bring to logistics, and the lived understanding of how much a soft landing matters in the middle of transformation. I’ve been Jenna’s coaching client for over two years, so I know her work—and the care its aftermath deserves—from the inside.
